Mike Abramowitz

Mike founded Masswell Capital Advisors in 2020 to help owners of founder- and family-owned businesses plan and complete the sale of their companies. He brings a background in audit, M&A and valuation, along with the perspective of a family-business owner.

Background

Mike began his career in audit at PwC. He then joined a regional CPA firm, where he launched the firm’s advisory practice with a focus on M&A and valuation. In 2020 he founded Masswell, while also helping to manage his family’s businesses.

At Masswell

Mike leads the firm’s sell-side, buy-side and valuation work for companies with $1 million to $100 million+ in revenue in the skilled trades, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, and professional services.

Ownership

Mike’s family still owns several businesses in the trades, where he serves at the board level.
