Masswell was founded in 2020 to bridge the gap between how an owner sees a business and how a buyer sees it.
Building a company from scratch and buying one are very different skills, and our team has done both. Between us, we have owned businesses in the trades, e-commerce, professional services, wholesale and distribution, real estate and manufacturing.
We all come from family businesses, so we know firsthand the ups and downs that come with ownership. That experience lets us translate what an owner has built into the terms buyers use to value it, and then run a disciplined, confidential process on the owner’s behalf.
